What made you leave a global career at Netflix and Universal to build FOUR MAMAS?
I realized that the system I had been operating in had quietly forgotten the mother. I had built strategies at a global scale. I had sat in rooms where decisions about millions of people were made. And then I became a mother, and I looked at what was available to support me, and it was almost nothing. That gap was not a gap I could unsee.
What do you hope your daughters absorb from watching you build this?
I have two daughters. In many ways, what I'm building is also a letter to them. I want them to see that it is possible to be driven by something larger than yourself and still be fully present for your family. That those two things are not in competition. That is the argument I am making with my life every day, and I hope they receive it.
